ARCHERY CAMPS & CLINICS
We offer a number of kids archery programs throughout the year.
Summer Half-Day Archery Camps ($150)
Our summer archery camps introduce children ages 8-12 to the basic skills needed to shoot a bow and arrow on a target range by certified USA Archery Level 2 instructors. All equipment is provided through our partnership with Florida Youth Conservation Centers Network. These are half day camps (9:00 AM-12:00 PM).

Introduction to Archery Clinic ($50 for 4 sessions)
This archery clinic introduces children ages 8-12 to the basic skills needed to shoot a bow and arrow on a target range by certified USA Archery Level 2 instructors. Students will learn the parts of a bow and arrow as well as proper safety and shooting techniques. On the last day of the 4-week clinic, students will get the opportunity to show off the skills they learned on the range in a fun tournament! Payment and camper registration form are needed in advance. Minimum of 5 children and a maximum of 10.
Intermediate Archery Clinic ($90 for 6 sessions)
This intermediate archery clinic is designed for children ages 10-14* who have mastered the basic skills of shooting a bow and arrow. Led by USA Archery Level 2 instructors, students will further advance their archery skills by working on shooting form, proper shooting technique, and aim. Payment and camper registration form are needed in advance. Minimum of 5 children and a maximum of 10.
*Students must show the ability to shoot with basic technique and follow safety rules prior to registering for the intermediate level. If your child has attended an archery clinic at MDC, please contact Logan for consideration for the intermediate level. If your child has attended archery lessons elsewhere, please submit proof of skills by letter or video for consideration. Also please contact Logan for special consideration for children under 10 who can demonstrate the required skills.
