We found our male seahorse wrapped around the filter where his face and body were getting buffeted by the water flow. He remained there for over an hour. We thought it was a fluke until one of the females did the exact same thing the next day!
Just over a week ago, these youngsters were being illegally transported out of the country to certain deaths. They survived that and the trip down from Anchorage, Alaska.
These were born in our tank 38 hours ago.
They are eating plankton (white dots) that we collect for them each morning.
I have put a lot of Seahorse videos on this site, but they are just fascinating and I can’t get enough of them!
